Quad Racing

The only luck is …. Bad luck!

Round 2 of the Hampshire race series at West Meon Sunday 23rd March.

Not a good start with 2 of our 3 Tilehurst Roofing sponsored Can Ams not running

due to electrical problems, beyond our control.

The ‘Legend’ John Elliott went out in practice on his American Suzuki quad, only to

be run into by a young enthusiastic rider.

John suffered 2 broken fingers, and a broken bone in his hand.

Would you believe John jumped on the Can Am to start Race 1, but the tyre had

come off the rim.

Couldn’t get any worse, but it did.

Hail stones the size of balls pelted the riders for an hour…

The only good news – our young rider Elliot Shallow finished all races.

A much improved rider now after intensive training, keep up the good work.

Next Round 13th April – Whitings water.
